Helga received her BA from Georgetown University and her Masters degree in Applied Psychology from New York University. Helga completed advanced training at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and also holds a Post-Masters Certificate in Clinical Approaches to the Addictions from New York University.

Specializing in individual therapy for professionals and career minded individuals, her approach is compassionate, direct and interactive, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Gestalt techniques and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

Organizational Consulting: Prior to beginning her practice, Helga had a successful corporate career where she oversaw sales, operations, customer service, communications, and process development and improvement for several luxury goods and apparel brands, including Tiffany & Co., A Pea in the Pod and Brooks Brothers. With over 15 years of corporate experience, Helga’s business background informs her understanding of the demands and challenges corporate professionals face.

Improving performance and building cohesion are crucial to a successful business. Helga also applies her psychology skills and other experiential techniques to businesses and organizations. Goal setting, motivating staff, effective reinforcement strategies, and role clarification are some areas she can develop in your organization to improve performance.

Emma Davidson

Emma is a dedicated and compassionate counselor who specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, insecurities, overthinking, and perfectionism. With her warm and empathetic approach, Emma is a trusted confidant and guide for those struggling to balance their personal lives with ambitious professional goals.

Emma received her B.S. in Psychology at New York University, where she graduated summa cum laude. At NYU, she showcased her commitment to understanding the intricacies of the human mind by minoring in both Gender and Sexuality Studies and Child and Adolescent Psychopathology. Emma furthered her understanding through her Neuroscience research where she focused on the interplay between biological processes and the formation of stereotypes and unconscious bias.

Emma then earned her Masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology at Northwestern University with honors. During her time at Northwestern, Emma continued her research pursuits and deepened her understanding of how identity and upbringing can profoundly affect individuals and their responses to various challenges.

With her extensive experience helping clients who work in highly competitive academic and work environments, Emma possesses an intimate understanding of the unique challenges that individuals face in the corporate world and the business sector. She is well-versed in the pressures and expectations that accompany ambitious careers, and she offers invaluable guidance to her clients seeking to strike a harmonious balance between their personal and professional lives. Using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness meditation, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, Emma helps her clients not face these challenges alone and empowers them to lead happier, healthier lives.

Monica received her BA in English/Creative writing from Converse University. She received her Masters degree in Counseling through Northwestern University. Monica’s professional background includes experience in the entertainment (actor, writer, director), health (E-RYT 500, yoga instructor and studio co-owner), and public relations industries.

Monica infuses her work with an experienced understanding of the stressors implicit in modern creative and professional endeavors. She offers an empathic and supportive environment to those experiencing depression, stress, and anxiety. Weaving her knowledge of breath work and mindfulness practices into her counseling, Monica’s approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and existential therapy.

Nicole Giacchino

Nicole is a warm and compassionate counselor who utilizes humor with clients. She provides a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space for clients to be their genuine selves and engage in self-exploration and growth. Nicole holds a B.A. in Psychology and Criminology from Florida State University and a MSEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. John’s University, graduating summa cum laude. Nicole’s background includes experience in the mental health, social work, and criminal justice fields.

Nicole believes in a collaborative, person-centered approach to help her clients live healthier, more positive lives. Recognizing the unique needs of everyone she works with, Nicole strives to help clients transform negative experiences into tools for growth and healing. Nicole prides herself on her ability to connect and build rapport with clients quickly and believes that a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship is a fundamental part of the healing process. She helps clients feel seen through empowering them and illuminating their strengths. Nicole’s experience lies in helping those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship and intimacy issues, and stress. Her approach integrates techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based, and psychodynamic approaches in order to best serve the client’s goals.


Adriana Ricci

Adriana is a compassionate, collaborative and results-oriented counselor specializing in helping adults navigate difficult life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and relational issues. Adriana believes a strong and trusting relationship with her clients is critical in helping them achieve improved well-being. Building on the belief that life’s challenges create new opportunities, Adriana actively engages with her clients to untap their inner resilience, overcome obstacles and create new pathways.

Following a rewarding career in the corporate world, Adriana returned to school to pursue a graduate degree in mental health counseling. In doing so, she combined her life experience and desire to help others with her innate capacity for counseling and coaching. Adriana received her Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College. In addition, she has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Tufts University.

Adriana utilizes an integrative approach to treatment, tailored to address each client’s unique needs. Adriana applies Psychodynamic, Relational, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness and EMDR techniques. Bilingual in Italian and English and fluent in French and Spanish, Adriana offers therapy in any of these languages.
